How to Return a Product

1. Submit a Return Request
Please contact us at regeevo@support.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide a brief description of the product and the reason for your return. If the product is damaged or defective, include clear photos to help us expedite the process.

2. Approval and Packaging
After your return request is approved, securely package the item(s) and send them to the return address provided by our support team. Please email us the return tracking number to ensure prompt processing of your refund.

Important: Always contact Customer Service first to register the return. Returns sent without prior notice, confirmation, and approval from our customer support cannot be accepted.
To ensure a smooth return process, please do not send items back to the address on the shipping label. The correct return address will be provided to you via email once your return request is approved.

Return Conditions

  • Product State: Items must be returned unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, unless they are defective.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time

  • Return Transit: Returns typically arrive at our warehouse within 14 to 30 days, depending on your location.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 days. If the item is not as described (e.g., opened, used, or not defective as claimed), the refund may be declined.
